If any TrueCenter Apex Track peak arrives defective — not sitting true and symmetrical out of the box — we replace it free and cover the shipping. No photos-runaround, no fight. The peak is the part that makes or breaks a clean install, so it's the part we guarantee hardest.

Ordered more than one kit's worth? Anything beyond the first $1,299 comes back as store credit — so you can re-order exactly what the next job needs.
Why the structure: we're an installer-built company in growth mode, and capping cash refunds while keeping the rest as store credit lets us keep prices low and inventory flowing — instead of building the cost of big one-off refunds into everyone's pricing. The 5-year warranty covers LEDs, controllers, and power supplies against defects and normal-use failure. Aluminum track and Apex components are warranted against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation outside our guidelines, or normal wear.

What's the return window?
30 days from delivery. Items should be in resellable condition with original components. The Perfect-Peak replacement applies regardless — if a peak arrives defective or not true, we replace it free.
How do refunds work on bigger orders?
You get a full cash refund up to the price of one standard kit ($1,299) within 30 days. Anything beyond that comes back as store credit. As an installer-built company in growth mode, this lets us keep pricing low and inventory moving rather than baking big one-off refund costs into everyone's price.
I ordered the wrong pitch or color — what now?
That's a standard exchange, not a defect. Reach out within 30 days and we'll swap it. (The free Perfect-Peak replacement specifically covers peaks that arrive defective or not true/symmetrical — one free replacement per defective peak.)
Who pays return shipping?
For a defective or incorrect-from-us item, we cover it. For a change-of-mind return or wrong-item-ordered exchange, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
LEDs, controllers, and power supplies are covered for 5 years against defects and normal-use failure. Aluminum track and Apex components are warranted against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover misuse, accidents, or improper installation.
How fast do replacements ship?
We move fast on defective peaks and parts — that's the whole point of the guarantee. Reach out and we'll get a replacement moving.
