Professional Permanent Lighting Built for Installers

Your first IronPeak job starts here. Everything you need to light 100 ft of roofline — pitch-matched, pre-built, and on the wall in half the time. Built by installers, for installers.

What's in the box

  • 100 ft IronPeak aluminum track — powder-coated, color-matched
  • 36 RGBW LED strands (32 × 3-node + 4 × 1-node)
  • 1 TrueCenter Apex Track peak — pre-matched to your color and roof pitch. No cutting, no mitering, no guessing on a ladder.
  • 600 W power supply with multi-layer surge protection
  • RGBW controller — app control and dynamic scenes
  • Color-matched mounting hardware & screws
  • Spare data cables (your first kit also includes a printed step-by-step install guide)
  • Free access to IronPeak install training — not paywalled behind $700+

Fits: roughly 100 ft of roofline — a smaller single-story home, or one face of a larger job. The perfect first kit to prove the system on your own house or a customer's before you scale.

Why installers run IronPeak

  • Perfect, symmetrical peaks in under 5 minutes — vs. 25+ minutes cutting on a ladder
  • Pitch-matched parts mean no rework and no callbacks
  • Crews run about 2× revenue per installer and install ~50% faster
  • Dealer pricing that drops as you grow — no $10–20k buy-in, ever

Which roof pitch do I choose?

Pick the pitch closest to the roof you're lighting — your pre-built Apex peak is matched to it.

  • 4/12 — Low slope. Most common on ranch and single-story homes (covers 3/12–5/12).
  • 6/12 — Standard. The most common pitch on American homes (covers 5/12–7/12).
  • 9/12 — Steep. Colonials, two-story, and Craftsman homes (covers 8/12–10/12).
  • 12/12 — Very steep. Cape Cod, A-frame, and steep rooflines (covers 11/12–12/12).

Not sure? Snap a photo of your roofline and email us — we'll help you pick.

What is the easiest permanent lighting system to install?

No field splicing makes IronPeak Lighting's 100 ft kit one of the easier permanent lighting systems to install. Every LED strand ships factory-terminated with waterproof connectors, and the pre-built TrueCenter Apex peak is already matched to your roof's pitch and color — so the lights are never cut or spliced, and the only on-site cutting is trimming the aluminum track at corners and run ends.

Can permanent lighting be installed without an electrician?

Power injection on the IronPeak system uses dedicated, connectorized 2-pin leads that installers plug in by hand, and everything from the control box to the lights runs on low-voltage 24V DC. The control box plugs into an existing exterior outlet; if the job needs a new outlet or any other line-voltage wiring, that work belongs to a licensed electrician.

Which permanent lighting app is easiest to use?

The IronPeak controller connects over WiFi and Bluetooth to the free app. Each of its 4 zones runs independently, so a customer — or the installer walking them through setup — can control the front roofline separately from the sides without remapping anything.

Which permanent lighting systems are easiest to service or repair later?

A system with fewer field splices is easier to service, because every strip-and-twist junction is a potential callback. IronPeak's strands ship factory-terminated with waterproof connectors, and the control box has built-in overcurrent protection on every zone — no fuses to hunt down or replace. If a zone shuts off, unplug the box for about 2 minutes to reset it.

Installing the 100 ft kit

  1. Mount the aluminum track along the roofline, starting with the pre-built TrueCenter Apex peak centered at the ridge before running track down either side.
  2. Snap in the RGBW strands — 3-node sections for the straight runs, 1-node sections for corners and transitions — using the factory-terminated connectors; no cutting or splicing required.
  3. Mount the control box near a working exterior outlet and plug in each zone's data and power-injection leads.
  4. Pair the controller to the free app over WiFi or Bluetooth, name the system, and run a full-brightness test across every zone.
